We felt you went that extra mile for us, giving us help, guidance and advice when houses we found fell through and when it looked like the chain would collapse. It was always very refreshing to ring you and know I would be speaking to Nick or Nicky and not be passed around an office or speak to someone who didn't know what my situation was.

Your kindness throughout the whole process was lovely and the personal touch of sending us a new baby card after the birth of Hamson and get well card after our accident was really kind and thoughtful of you and very much appreciated.

It made the whole house selling process a much more enjoyable experience because of the way you handled it.
