We used North Estates to sell our old house and also buy our subsequent house and we think they did a fantastic job on both accounts. I think their service is very personal as they are a husband and wife team - you feel like you matter to them.

We really like the particulars that they make up to market the house and think they are some of the most detailed available. Their communication with us was excellent from start to finish, they generated a lot of interest in our house straight away and when our first sale fell through they quickly reacted, getting new buyers lined up and we had a subsequent offer within days, which meant we did not loose the house we were buying.

We will most certainly use them again should we move again in the future and would recommend them to any one thinking of moving house.
